Four packed floors of science and discovery...Andrew was on delighted overload! We did experiment after experiment, enjoyed a lab session on liquid nitrogen (Andrew and Lesley volunteered to eat the frozen marshmallows!), caught a show in the planetarium (a first for the boys), enjoyed the incredible train display, and could have stayed many more hours in the Jr. Exploration area. That area had an extensive water set-up, with boats and channels and ping pong balls, and funnels and sieves, etc...and waterproof aprons for the kids to boot. Jacob loved it! They also had a ball factory, and Anna was content for a long time there, too!The older kids got to experience a trampoline while in harness, so they were able to try to flip and spin...I think they all loved it!
The great thing was that somehow we got to have all the cousins and both Dave and Sue along. We would have loved to have spent two more days exploring and experimenting together!
PS: Yes, another field trip day on the books! :)
