Andrew and Jacob just love the girls, and are quite fascinated by them! Andrew told me this morning after church that he only went to children's church to "help take care of the babies." :)
Jacob and Maria, however, have become nearly equally smitten with each other. Eden consistently rebuffs his attempts to kiss her (Eden is in the gray sweatshirt), so we're having plenty of opportunity to teach him to respect a person's "No." But Maria will take the kisses! It was so funny to watch Eden's expressions during the scenario of the last picture...not quite believing that Maria was actually enjoying the interaction with Jacob, and looking like she would take matters into her own hands if need be!
The other day I was telling Jacob that we would be going up to their house (how the boys reference the B & B where they're staying) to see all the kids, and listed their names. I finished and he said, "Not Eden. Just Ria." So, we've offered Eric and April 2 goats and 3 cows, and interest in the B & B they want us to start so they'll have a place to stay for free when they come up...they're still considering the offer. :)
