For St. Patrick's Day, my mom had checked out from the library the book Green Eggs and Ham, and then made the boys green eggs and ham for breakfast! At first they weren't sure what to make of it, but they did eat them, Andrew quoting lines from the book throughout the meal!

Glad they ate it. No Way I could have eaten even the ham. (usually green meat is an obvious visual warning that it should not be ingested-EVER. and I don't care what color you make eggs- still a big ol' YUCK from me.
