Learning to Kayak

As part of the library summer reading program, "Make a Splash," our librarian invited a kayaking instructor to come and give the kids some basics on kayaking. While they were disappointed to not actually be going in the water (the parents were not upset about this!), they learned some valuable safety tips and how-to's for when they actually get to go kayaking!
