Last week our Tot Time group took a field trip to Big Game Alaska, officially known as the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. It serves as a restoration of herds/research center, as well as being a permanent home for injured/orphaned animals.
Despite a rainy day, the kids had a great time! In this first picture, Andrew is laughing because the Sitka Black Tail deer just licked him on the nose! Then it's Andrew w/ a porcupine and pics from our picnic lunch.
Since it was a cold, wet day, Jacob hung out in the stroller for most of the time, but enjoyed
seeing the animals, nonetheless!
